Flashy Dye Preview
Preview how a Flashy Dye's colors change. Pick colors and parameters to make a dye code, or enter a code you have to see how it flashes.
Basic use
- Choose a Flash Type. The options shown in Parameters change with the type.
- In Selected Colors, choose the circle of the slot to change and click a color in the Color Palette. Pick the other slot the same way.
- Move the Parameters sliders. The Preview and Dye Code change right away.
Viewing by dye code
- Enter a code you have in the Enter 8-digit code box.
- Press Load From Code or the Enter key to fill in the type, colors, and parameters from that code.
- Press Color Sequence to see the colors shown in the preview, in order.
Good to know
- Scroll the mouse wheel over the Color Palette to turn pages, and right-click it to switch which color slot you are changing. You can also change values with the wheel over the parameter sliders.
- Save as GIF works only for the Fixed and Recipro. types. Random and Toggle show colors at random, so they can't be made into a GIF.
- You can't set the Starting Color with the in-game DIY Flashy Dye Mold. For a dye you will make with the mold, keep Use Starting Color off.
- The type, colors, and parameters you pick are saved in this browser and stay the same when you open the page again.
- Press Copy Link to copy an address that holds the current dye. Opening an address you received fills in that dye, and you can go back to your previous setup with Undo in the notice.
- The simulator effects are for reference only and may differ from actual in-game effects.
