Explore Field Maps in 3D
Explore Mabinogi fields in 3D. Change the time of day to see the sky and light, or place your character and walk around.
Basic use
- Pick the place to explore in Region in the settings panel at the top left. You can also type to search.
- The ground loads bit by bit. Wait until the progress bar at the bottom of the view disappears.
- Drag to move around, and change the time of day with Time of Day under Sky.
- To go back to the starting spot, press Reset view on the top line of the settings panel.
Moving around
- Drag to move. Drag with the right mouse button or two fingers to rotate. Zoom with the wheel or two fingers, and double-click to look at that spot.
- On the keyboard, move with W A S D or the arrow keys, rotate with Q and E, and change the height with Page Up/Space and Page Down. Press R to switch the movement keys to up-down and left-right angle control.
- The movement buttons at the bottom right do the same. If you are floating above the ground after changing the height or moving to a prop you found, press Back to ground to return.
- You can also see the controls with the question mark button in the settings panel.
Placing a character
Turn on Character to place a character at the spot you are looking at. It is a character from this browser's Character Simulator. If you have two or more, pick one in Pick character.
- Click the ground to go to that spot. You can also move with WASD or the arrow keys. Drag to rotate the view.
- Choose Walk or Run to change the moving motion.
- A character holding a Marionette brings its doll along, in front on the right. While standing, the doll sits slumped. While walking or running, it's connected by strings and moves along.
Finding props
Pick a prop in Find prop to move to the closest one from where you are. The list also shows how many are placed in this region. Use the Previous and Next arrows below to visit the other spots of the same prop, in order of distance.
Good to know
- The current region and spot are added to the page address. Sharing the address starts the page at the same spot.
- Your settings and the last spot you viewed are saved in this browser, and the page starts at that spot the next time you open it.
